Decisions, designs, and context live in writing so anyone can catch up without a meeting.

We stay lean on purpose. Fewer handoffs, more craft, faster feedback.

We give direct feedback early and kindly, and we expect it in return.

Default to written updates in shared docs and threads; meetings are for decisions and connection.
Respond to messages within one working day — not one minute. Deep focus time is protected.
Core collaboration window of 3 hours overlapping across time zones; the rest of your day is yours.
Every project has a short written brief: problem, approach, risks, and how we'll measure success.
Weekly written check-ins replace most status meetings.
